Who’s working on your car
I’m Andrew Herman. Twenty years in automotive paint and refinishing, and a former I-CAR Platinum designation, the role-specific training recognition earned by individual collision repair technicians. Your car gets that same standard, mostly in steps you never see.
A higher standard of detail
Twenty years matching factory paint on collision repairs, where a panel that didn’t match came back off the car. Nothing in detailing is that unforgiving, so your car gets more care than the job strictly asks for.
Nothing gets ground into your paint
Brake dust bonds into the clear coat and washing won’t lift it. An iron remover dissolves it and clay pulls out the rest, before any polish touches a panel. Skipped, that grit gets dragged across your paint.
The finish you see is the real one
Polishing leaves oils behind that make paint look corrected when it isn’t. A wipe with 90% alcohol strips them off, so what you inspect is the actual finish, and the coating bonds to paint instead of residue.
